Train smarter, not harder. That's the ultimate goal of Endurance Training for Sports. This course is designed for sports coaches and physical educators who are seeking a thorough understanding of how best to structure effective training programs for their students. You will learn to evaluate endurance fitness, set goals for improvement, and design programs to meet those goals. The course is standards-based as identified by SHAPE America National Standards for Sports Coaches. The course will provide the tools to create training programs and workouts that will pay off in competition.

NOTE: Required textbook must be purchased separately.

This course is applicable towards the Strength and Conditioning Certificate.

Learning is fun and since I am a big proponent of lifelong learning, the fun never ends. I have over 50-years of learning and teaching fun. Fresno Pacific’s Continuing Education has given me the opportunity to continue to combine my love for both teaching and learning.
