This course was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning more about the Monuments, Buildings, and Historical sites in the Washington DC area. You do not need to be a Social Studies teacher to enjoy this course.

I've been to Washington D.C. probably twenty times and taught American History for twenty years, and still learned a lot of new and interesting things about the city, its history, and people from this class that I can't wait to share with my students!

Great course the instructor was very good and offered a lot of good feedback. I will use some of the ideas to help my 8th graders prepare for the trip. Thank you

Highly recommend. Course was very informative and fun!! The assigned book, Best Little Stories from the White House, was full of fun facts about the occupants of the White House. The Professor was always available to answer any questions. Well done!

I loved all the ideas to bring D.C. to the classroom. The exposure to all the online resources and virtual museums will be an asset to teaching students about our nation's capital.
