Map Skills: Methods and Activities
Explore how the study of Social Studies - Map Skills is important to our lives with this ONLINE course. You will learn about global connections, how to use maps and other geographic representations, tools and technologies to acquire, process and report information. The participants are required to complete and evaluate a planned series of lessons and/or experiences with their students. This course is in alignment with the National Social Studies Framework. All lessons may be used with children in the classroom home and/or neighborhood.
